CanadaRAM looks like a decent place to buy obscure (or not-so-obscure) memory chips for laptops, desktop computers, and even musical instruments and samplers. I've never used the company, but my friend Simon has, and says "their prices were good, shipment was fast." So I'll keep them in mind next time the "must... have... more... RAM" bug strikes me.
