If you're not fond of trying to set up a wireless network with your computers, another alternative is HomePlug , which runs networking communications over the existing electrical wiring in your house. SMC has just announced some cheaper HomePlug products that work with any Ethernet-capable device, from Windows and Mac computers to the PlayStation 2.
