Some things can't be done the old way

Here's a web page. Decent looking, nothing too special. But try resizing the window and see what happens. If you're running a modern web browser with JavaScript turned on, neat stuff happens:

  • If your window is 800 pixels wider or more, you see three columns in the body of the page.
  • If your window is narrower than 800 pixels, you see a single column.

Among various other neat experiments, it makes The Man in Blue interesting reading, if you're into website stuff.
